    feeling good about my run/walk. No need problems. played with the incline (+1 to -1). I never ran on a treadmill with a negative incline.

      Sorry to hear that. Over 5 miles walking probably with many quick starts and stops was hard on the legs. It may not be related but my cramping seemed to end when I started drinking more water and electrolytes.
