My first mile was slower than I would have liked, concerned about the brick streets and had aches and pains in my arch, and sciatic nerve region. But then all the sudden on my second mile everything came together and I recorded a personal best mile of 11:53. Fast for me so I am happy. The weather was perfection! Nice race.

Thanks everyone, I had fun. Krystal.... I usually have a rough first mile, my old body takes awhile to loosen up and get the kinks out. I was happy with my second mile.
