Treadmill 2 miles, Eliptical 15 minutes

First real workout since wrist fracture and BP problems. Did an easy 2miles on the treadmill and 15 minutes on Eliptical. Legs felt VERY heavy for the first mile but finally started to feel better on mile two.Didn't want to do too much, but so glad to be back!!!!!

Three miles today... uh, yesterday. 2 miles treadmill, 1 mile hills of Veranda............. Loved the outdoor run.
