      I developed Asthma about a year and a half ago. It really takes a toll on me. Especially in yucky weather

      Before work. There are a lot of hills by my Clermont office. I am not quite sure how my back would do with the big hills. I thought I would get some strength and endurance back before I go for it goes.

      Krystal, I am trying to built up some strength and lung power after being out of running for almost a year. Besides my back injury I developed asthma- crazy. Just taking slow and happy to be back.

      I'm happy to hear you are coming back!! Slowly but surely! I've had a lot of friends coming back from various surgeries lately, but they've all been coming back stronger than before. Hang in there!

    Got the hubby out there in the dreary, chilly, rainy morning to start walking regularly with me. I loved it, even in the yucky weather it was awesome. I may need to look for some nature trails.

    Walked with my friend, Michelle who is also recovering from some health issues. It was a nice easy slow pace, just what we needed for rehab. Looking forward to making it back to fit.
