Course was tougher (i.e. hillier) than I though it'd be, but not terribly disappointed with my time [was hoping to go under 20.] Splits were 6:17 \ 12:58 (6:41) \ 19:46 (6:48) \ and 34.6sec. for the last point one [total = 20:21.6]. Placed 7th overall and 1st in AG - - second place was only 40sec. in front of me... so I was close to the five guys ahead of me. No hip, hamstring or lower back problems... b/c I was a running pharmacy this morning (4 Advil, Tiger Balm, and Icy Hot!) You could smell me from half-a-mile away!
