Gorgeous afternoon for a run! Legs felt heavy/tired but, with this looking like the best weather we'll get for the next couple of days, I decided to lace 'em up & head out the door. Three Advil, plus Tiger Balm, helped me forget my hip toubles for awhile. Planning on rest day tomorrow... plus it's my last day of school! (Teacher's letting the monkeys out.) PEACE

Mary, I still need to try a foam roller on my hip. A coach at school has one in his office, so I'll have to borrow it soon.

Definitely give it a try. It really helped me when my hips were giving me a problem. Good luck!
