      That's a shame Pablo, I must admit I find it difficult to keep up on dailymile, so much get's posted I lose track, good luck getting the rest/training balance right, I'm looking forward to tracking you at Kona!! :)

    First hour was tough, then gradually started to feel stronger. Happy with the final outcome. Separate note, weather was horrible. Where is the freaking summer?

    Practicing nutrition, cadence and some power peaks. Very solid and sweaty session. Went for a run with the dogs straight after.
