    Rode MTB thru Seoul Heart Course.

    Participated the half marathon.
    It's a perfect weather to race and a very good course.
    It's 27th half marathon finished.

    Down to the gym in the evening after dinner.
    Did weight training only for upper body because of the marathon race on tomorrow.

    Went to dental clinic by Brompton in the afternoon.

    Rode the bike with 3 friends.
    Up to Sungju out and back course.

    No time to exercise in the morning and evening because of the class.
    Only afternoon possible to train, so went to Metro Center.

    Went to Dalsung Wet Land with Prof. Cho.
    Started for the first 1km at 5:30 pace then speeded up more and more.
    Ran two laps of 7km course.

    It was a great day to exercise.
    Drove the car to Habin Lake area and then rode the bike.

    After measuring distance, ran the course with Prof. Kim and Cho.

    Rode MTB to measure the distance of running course at Dalsung Wet Land.
    It was 2.1km southbound from the electric pole and 1.4km northbound.
    Therefore, the total length of the unpaved path is 3.5km.

    Rode MTB to see Seoul International Triathlon game at Yeoido.

    Decided to run only 5km becuase of too humid weather.

    It's a great day to exercise outside.
    Went to Anyancheon and ran.
    Hit by a bicycle while running.
    The woman was hurt on her face little bit while I didn't hurt.

    Rainy in the morning was forecasted.
    A misty rain was not continued furthermore.
    Took a running shorts and shirt.
    Out to Anyangcheon riverside and ran the course.

    Took a treadmill and ran.
    A crab fishing program on NGC channel was televised.

    Did weight training after short stretching; bench press, squarts, arm curl, leg extension, core strenth, etc.
