Nats has found this crazy hard lower core exercise that burns so bad. We alternate that with hovers and by the end of it my core in annihilated. I'm sure this is gunna pay off in all my races this summer!

    Laying on your back, legs out at 45 degree angle and hold (for an eternity) then one leg in at a time and back out. Burns!

    Great one! I did a lot of that for my pelvis injury, still quite strong at it. Used to have fun with my kids, with it.I would lie like that & get them to push down on my feet, & stay locked so my torso rose as my feet went down!
