Felt pretty down in the dumps and lethargic at the beginning of this class, but I knew it would pick me up. I am still quite affected by seeing the bike accident that took my friend's teammate's life. My friends are all absolutely devastated. So I took it easy on the weights as I'm in taper and didn't want to push. Sarah is such a positive and happy instructor and it did make me feel better.


Glad that pump made you feel a little better! Keep those weights light!
