      One square meals are awesome! I had them for Taupo...tho cutting them up was a fail, maybe cut and then shake a bit of rice flour on them so they don't stick. Great workout! Bet you feel awesome and that ice cream will taste even better! Next rest or easier day you should do some thing just for yourself, maybe hair done? Or a pedi?

      Solid win. It's a fine line between stress adaption in training/being completely run down. You train harder than anyone I've ever met. It's no surprise you're feeling ropey and in debt, and if you are fighting an infection from cycling (Been there) there will be increased demands on your body at a cellular level. Take care, taper around the corner....
