      There's a half marathon in march if you want, the march madness one put on by hillstriders supposed to be the toughest one in northern illinois, so of course I'm thinking about trying it.

      Dude, HIIT is hard. I litterally go all out sprinting for a total of five minutes, then my hardest jog for the rest of the time.

    This run is from friday night (forgot to post it) My route was the same as normal, however, I do not remember the time, so I will put about my average.

    Alright. Sun was out - clearly, temperature is rising. Warmup for five minutes, HIIT for one full lap (1.16 miles) then loop around block for warmdown (.78 miles)
