Still no real summer here, overcast and drizzle but at least no wind so overall an enjoyable plan. I have looked at some of the marathon plans that people recommened but I still have to decide on one. In the meantime I just try and get some decent miles on the road.

    Your approach will be fine until you choose a plan, Ines. Most plans start off in a pretty similar way for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Nice 8K to start it off!

    Nicely done, Ines. I recommend nice easy miles to build your endurance & miles base - plus, reduce the risk of injury. Hills, IMO, are much better than speed work. Work on endurance first & pace last.
