First is was beautiful day and lots of friends running it! First loop felt great and done around 5:15. Second loop
Kicked My ass...well tummy! Puked twice (three counting the time once I got home). After about 25miles it seemed like I couldn't keep anything down that had high sugar content. So each time I had sugar i tossed it out!
Ginger ale, ginger snap cookies and potato stayed in. Thank God for one kickass awesome paced who made sure I kept moving when I felt totally zapped!! Left hammy and knee was a little tight...but I ran, I trotted, I power walked and simply kept moving. Would have loved to come between 10-11hrs, but all in all happy with my time considering it all!!
