Funny how 24hrs can change how a good a run can be. Today was supposed to be cross training day, but it's supposed to rain tomorrow and I've got a crazy full day so figured I'd get it done today. Legs were completely opposite of yesterday's walk. Shins were tight and things were tweaky, so I'm taking this to be 'getting the bad out of my run' run!!!
It was gorgeous out and glad I got out. I see a lot of yoga the next 9 days :)


Better to get the crappy run out of the way before the race! You'll be doing lots of yoga and walking the next week anyway.... rest.... heal....
