    First bike ride in 12 years. It was lovely! I do need a new seat if I'm going to add more miles regularly.

    Not the best swim, but liked the pool better. I swam more with the pull buoy and kick board than I would have liked, but got my time in.

    Regular Hatha Yoga class that was challenging, but I felt good afterward.

    Some solidarity walking around the Capitol. Not as good as running, but doing what I can to keep moving and head back to running when the weather gets warmer.
