    Great hill run with my friend, she keeps me in check. I hate that she talks the whole way up and down the hills without even breathing hard while I pant my ass off but that's why I run with her!

      I have a friend I was doing hills with a few years ago. She asked what was all that beeping. I said my HRM. she said her HRM was at 140+. My heart was in my throat getting ready to pop out!

    Went to do 3x 10 min tempo runs, had to stop and walk part of 2nd Tempo due to my plantar fasciitis. ugh.. will this ever go away?
