    Went to do 3x 10 min tempo runs, had to stop and walk part of 2nd Tempo due to my plantar fasciitis. ugh.. will this ever go away?

    Training plan called for a slow 30 min run today and I did that...well I may have had to stop for a yogurt 20 mins in....girl was hungry! I really embrace Easy Run days. :)

    Easy run with my friend with Asthma who was really struggling. She is so brave to keep at it in the humidity. Now shower and head to the Peachtree Race Expo to meet Meb Keflezighi!
