good Group Run 5 mi 00:51 10:13 pace

There was a form running person there and one of the coaches pulled me aside during the run to tell me my ears weren't lined up to my shoulders. Appreciated the advice, but wish I didn't ... read more

Finally, Irina was right :) But you know, your body will also get used to the weights sessions and running after them will get easier. I'm just very possessive of my runs and I don't want anything ruining them!
Great job going at it though. You could have just relaxed but you went for it!

Great job! I need to get back to weights workout but I always felt it warmed me up for a run so I used to do them before. But my weights routine were never that intense so fatigue wasn't an issue. I'm sure it'll get easier as your body adapts! Well done!
