    Did resistance band training for roughly 40 minutes today. Looks like I better get a good run in today as it looks like rain tomorrow. Off I go...

    An extremely tough workout as always, but well worth it. My abs feel great.

      Dan, thanks for the friend request. I've been doing a variations of P90X for over a year now. You should think about getting the One on One w/ Tony workouts. There awesome workouts to mix in if your getting too comfortable with P90X.

    Good run, it was a beautiful sunny day out so I decided to enjoy time outside and take a zig zag route.
