    Medium - Long 23.04 km 02:17 09:35 pace

    Lots of snow and a fair amount of wind. Half the run was on unplowed paths. Had to get home at a certain time so started abandoning my heart-rate limit and did a negative-split on my return.

    Snowy, slippery and a nasty headwind on the return. Running with a cold as well - mostly still in the head.

    What started out as an easy run turning into just a free/fun run. Nice change of location and climate.
