    Ran a few miles and turn picked up Loy for about an hour. Runs at Highbanks are really nice in the fall...except for it being 40 degrees when you start.

    Best run yet. Couldn't decide what to do for a tempo run so just went faster than usual. Never felt really bad. Just a little uncomfortable during the last couple miles. One step at a time.
