      Good 15 for me this weekend so will need calories its not too massive a jump, does the camel pack help or easier to run past shops and get water there.

      i ran to 4 shops today , little targets . had 3 drinks n a pint of milk lol . camelback is awesome welcome to use it if you dont have shops . most i did was 5 miles between shops n it was too much , u need a drink every 30 mins or 3 miles if its hot

    first 5k on road then 5k off road , more fun . loved second bit . Now lets see what i can mess up in the rset of today :)

      im having trouble too with long runs n recovery too , 4 days off after my last run not what i need , i like 5/6 workouts a week tbh , swim is great for rest days , get in n get that triathlon done , its fun n marathon training can get a bit er dull at times .

      lol I need to concentrate on not breaking my body first ha ha ha my fun is a muddy brutal 10k end of the month- swamps, mud, hills and tears to keep me occupied lol

      yes , it really gets complex though cos revised date is two weeks before my first ever marathon , training plan now looks like a diagram of the national grid with lines n alterations n bike rides n 20 miler runs gulp . well ill be fit , ive been doing events undertrained for last 3 yrs , be a nice change
