Good 15 for me this weekend so will need calories its not too massive a jump, does the camel pack help or easier to run past shops and get water there.

im having trouble too with long runs n recovery too , 4 days off after my last run not what i need , i like 5/6 workouts a week tbh , swim is great for rest days , get in n get that triathlon done , its fun n marathon training can get a bit er dull at times .

yes , it really gets complex though cos revised date is two weeks before my first ever marathon , training plan now looks like a diagram of the national grid with lines n alterations n bike rides n 20 miler runs gulp . well ill be fit , ive been doing events undertrained for last 3 yrs , be a nice change

The rest and just concentrating on running clearly is the way to go :) I've done nothing all week so be interesting to see how it goes Sunday. I've carb loaded all week so this is a practice taper week x
