    Great hike with the webelo den. Our chosen trail had logging going on and was more of a dirt road than a trail but the boys had fun.

    Ran the trail today. Heel still hurting some but not too bad. Decided to set my mileage goal for 2014 to 1K miles. Pretty lofty considering 2013 has been pretty crappy, but we will see.
