    first run in two weeks. Foot injury the week before and a major virus last week. Just now feeling like getting back out there. Rough run though.

      Yeah. It was sticking up (right end up) in the grass. Didn't see it until it was too late. Almost didn't find it. Lucky it wasn't worse.
