Insanity
01:05
Day 2 of Insanity, Cardio Power and Resistance. With 90 degree heat, no A/C, no fan, have a good sweat. Feel good, although I am still as stiff as a bamboo tree. As predicted, now I am the main user of this workout. Kate prefers the Hip Hop Abs, which has been ordered. Drive second son to his Lacrosse summer camp; normally he bikes there.

Great job Huy!

Nice job! I have not been able to do Insanity this week, due to my foot, but hope to be back at it soon. It does make you sweat huh?!

Thank you! It's different and it's fun. I hope that as I do more of it I will be more bendable :-)

I think you are doing one of the DVD's I don't have. I only have a cardio one that Orlando made a copy of for me. I would like to get the whole set. Gotta find it cheap somewhere though. The one I am doing doesn't require a lot of bending, so I am not sure what you are referring to. It just requires a lot of up, down, up, down, crazy fast stuff that I can't keep up with. Makes me sweat like crazy though.

Are you going to run while doing this insanity?

Beside the ups downs and crazies, there are stretches, balance poses, and a push-up style sprint where I found out my stiffness. The Insanity is merging with my runs.

I think it is a great compliment to the running. It is like doing an interval workout in the way it gets your heart rate up.

Fantastic work and a great inspiration to your family! Funny, when you mentioned bamboo, I thought of the thin, bendable bamboo, but the big bamboo trees are not bendable at all.
