Nice tough dirt trail with the Vibrams. Lots of dirt, sand, pebbles, rocks, dry weeds, twigs, tree branches, and yes, some mud. Barefoot when out of the trail, back to the paved road, sidewalks, grass and sand at the park. No water use the whole run. Feel light and great. 73 degrees, some clouds, some occasional South winds.

Thank you, friends. The VFF help because the tough part of the trail is, well, really tough for barefoot. The rocks are big and sharp, the twigs and dry weeds are pointy, sometimes I pick up broken glasses. I could use the Huyraches. But the VFFs are happy to have a day out. Gil: I missed you, because my run is around noon.
