Hot trail fun run. Drink-When-Thirst test: One sip of water at miles 3 and 4. Some winds help. I ponder on how our human ancestors in the dry plains did the endurance hunt without any means to carry water.

Nice run Huy. BTW, I seriously doubt our ancestors had no means to carry water. I'm sure they found a way. We can't live without water for very long.

I also think about the fact we need protein to repair muscles after a run. Our ancestors got to eat the game at the end of their run. The Huyraches are at version 5 now, with lots of improvements. But still the low, low price! :-)
