    Gradually at it for a while to see if I can get my blood sugars down. Haven't exercised except for work in the yard mowing etc during the summer. Winter time not so much.

    Being the wuss that I am I walked on the treadmill since it was raining. Watch Yard Crashers while doing this and got some good ideas, but now the money to do it is another problem.
