      Good luck, Ed! I struggled for a few months with a calf strain a couple years ago. Easing back into things with a more traditional elevated heel-toe drop helped take some stress off of my calf. Once I was doing ok in that I transitioned back to my altras. Good luck!

    Keeping it low impact on my calf today. Set out with my daughter for a ride. Stopped at DQ along the way to fuel up. Nice day to be on a bicycle.

      i should also note that my calf feels like it is not injured at all after my rides. So odd. I know that if I tried to run a little it would act up.

    Tuesday I was able to get out before the trail grew arrived and get in a mile on my own. I was testing out the calf. It feels tight so I took it easy and tried to get warmed up.
