Despite all that, you still had an amazing run! I know you can pace faster than that, but 19+ miles at just under a 9-minute mile is still one heck of a run! Glad you were able to clear your head for at least a short part of that run, and hope that life settles down for you soon.

Brooke glad you finally caught a break. We missed you Thurs. I know this will sound like Winston's OCD, but is there a reason you didn't go another .6mi?

Great run, it doesn't look like the altitude affected your pace, did you notice a difference?

Thanks! No problem with the altitude but I actually took a day off from everything yesterday so it was a rare day of fresh legs and no humidity! I thinking breathing liquid air (humidity) is harder than "thin" air!

Ha. Miss the turn around and just run an extra five miles. I think I'd be laying on the side of the road somewhere. Dang squishy shoes, one of the worst things about running the summer.

Understandable. If you are out of the States then you must have passed the international time line and THIS week here is NEXT week there. So today's the tomorrow you were talking about yesterday. Whatever, just let us know when you are in town.

Brooke - I like that osmosis based training program - @Bob, you are on the right path I think. Would be better if I slept on some Cheetah print sheets or something instead of running repeats and intervals .... now that would be great!
