    Awesome time running, even though I was not trained - having only run about 26 miles total for the past year - I managed a PR... Calf started rolling at 11 or so, slowed me down a bit.

    Ran home after walking. IT & hip started to get tight at the end, time to roll and ice... I definitely need to get new shoes!
