    legs felt a little better than on the bike, but then again, I only had 25 minutes! A bit (happily) surprised I got 3 miles in at 25 minutes considering it was the last of a huge training weekend.

    Today was supposed to be intervals, but the watch died and I couldn't time the segments, so I opted for the 4 miler with the group. time is an estimation.
