    good Treadmill 3 mi

    Did a mix of walk/jog almost half and half. Sometime during the 2nd mile my shins stopped hurting. I hope this continues!

    Week 3 Day 2 of C25K. 90 sec/walk jog, 3 minutes run/walk. Ouchhh. When is this gonna get easier?

      Stretch them well. I found pointing my toes and leeting the top of my foot be on the ground to be a very nice strech for chin issues.

    Just completed Week 3 Day1 of C25K - 90 seconds jog, 90 seconds walk, 3 minutes jog, 3 minutes walk, repeat, cool down. it was hard but I'm so happy I finished!

    C25K W2D3. Walk 2 minutes, run 90 seconds. lots of pain in my outer shin areas. It was really hard.
