      I am planning to work on some lap swimming over the cold months this coming winter - indoor pool of course. Also I'm thinking about giving a shot at a tri too next year. Epic races also puts on 'battle of waterloo' which looks really fun, but I don't think they put it on every year. Yes! swimming is very calming, and no impact! ;)
