      Thanks, but the legs and lungs were dualing it out. Legs kept say "no this is how we have been running" and the lungs were saying "you idiot back off" the run ended before a winner was declared.

      Way to go Stevi! You have it right. The 20 miler is about getting it done and not the pace however your pace is very respectable. You are ready to go!

      Funny! When your going slow to begin with it is fairly pleseant. I put a tv show on and trot away. I like recovery runs on the treadmill since I can control the pace easily.

      Hope training's going well! I saved Jay some shipping as well when I picked up my singlet there. I wore it at Chicato RnR but I got a size up just because of chest size so if you're blessed in that area, I would take that into account [but that's personal preference]...can't wait to meet you soon!
