    It was so humid today! Thankful I was challenged by the GT run group, because I was struggling, but I'm glad I did it.

    I was slow this morning. It was my longest run in quite awhile. It was so great to be back with run group. It was a tough Fartlek workout, but a beautiful morning to be on the trail.

    Didn't set my GPS today, so not sure how much mileage I got in, but it was a great workout with Run GT group! Rivery Hill is no joke. My legs will be on fire for a few days:)

    I've been terrible about logging my workouts! This morning was beautiful. We did 1 mile repeats with 25 jump squats, 25 pulse lunges each leg, 25 v ups & 25 pushups bw each mile.
