    Wow!! My legs are getting more powerful!!! I squated 260 pounds tonight with 4 sets of 10!! Also did circuit rotations of rope throws, 15lb kettle bell swings and planks for 1 minute each!!

    I had a good two mile warm up this morning right before the race and then had a good 3 mile cool down after the 5K race so for today a total of 8.22 miles!!
