    Speed workout for the week - 2x800m @ current 5K pace, 4x200 at fast pace. Felt pretty good during it all. Felt super nice to be back on the track too!

      Thanks. It was in Gorham. It's my fav 5K. We ARE running together in like a month??? Just let me finish my work school year and I'll have more flexibility with what time I can run:)
