    Not many m iles this week because of my upcoming half. Great run this morning after some strength training. Lots and lots of water is the goal for the week. Looks like the half will be a warm one.

    Pretty good run this morning. Beautiful morning outside. Didn;t wear my watch, just ran until I got back to where I started.

    Nice day for a run outside. Stayed in the neighborhood this morning and got to do some hills. One of them especially kicked my butt. had to walk for about 5 min. at mile 4 to recover from the hill.

    Don't know why I stayed inside today. After I did my strength training I automatically went upstairs to the treadmill. Should have taken it outside. Good workout regardless.

    Nice 4 miler, didn't keep track of time. Need to do that more often and just concentrate on the mileage.

    Walked on the treadmill at an incline for 2 miles. Good workout, then did some strength training and core exercises.
