I pushed myself really hard. My third consecutive run this week and I was feeling it at the end. I had so many thoughts that fueled this run and sometimes I almost forgot that I was running. I felt like a marionette puppet, as if someone was pulling up my feet, with each stride, with each step. I was totally immersed in my music, with nature, with all my thoughts of "why now?" "why this?" I felt strong and I felt fast, even though I was emotionally exhausted. This weekend I will tackle my first twenty miler...wish me luck!
