So I didn't even get the running shoes on until 10:15am this morning. By the time, I headed out the door, the temp was reading almost 90 degrees with a real feel of (best guess here) 100! I was definitely the only crazy person out there running! It was insanely hot but I survived and managed to meet my goal with only about 3 minutes of walking. I quickly came to the conclusion that I would get home faster if I ran instead of walked!!
BTW, found a great song to bring me home...Cary Brothers - Ride (Tiesto Remix).
