Tired and sluggish on this one. Knee sore, but not painful. Realized today just need to maintain it, and get back to the basics like core work and hip drills. Good stretching. Can't rush the basic. The same person scared me today on my run and had the nerve to stop and talk to me. They could have apologized. :o)

    Oh, Maddie May. I have also been thinking about slow and steady wins the race as far as getting back into running. The basics are ALWAYS so important but often easy to overlook. Thanks for the reminder.
