Love getting "injured." Was feeling great for several weeks leading up to the Bix. Mileage was going up but nothing I can't handle. Ran one hilly route before the Bix and my left patellar tendon just didn't like that and inflamed horribly. Still ran the Bix but it wasn't pain free. So took a few days off, elliptical one day before vacation. Tried a short run on Tuesday after Bix and knee wasn't ready. So decided to just take the entire week off. Back at it today. Knee was stiff, but little to no pain at all. Will XT more than usual this week while I add runs back in. GOOD stretch when I got back.
