It is so satisfying when you begin a workout and you feel overwhelmed and think you may not be able to finish the complete workout and then you keep going and then by the end you realize you just did something you never thought you could.
That was me today. I had a 40min tempo (HR~167-172) and it took me a long time, almost 2 miles or more, to finally loosen up. Due to this I had to break the tempo into 10 min, 1min break, 10min, 1min break, 20min with a short cool down, and I'm fine with that because otherwise I don't think I would have made it. It was a stressful day and this made it end so great and I got my hairscut! And Isabelle was perfect when I came home. I can't wait to bring her to practices so I feel like a part of her life again. School and XC take up a lot of time, but Belle understand. I love her :o)
