4pm- Long rung for the week. I don't know the time because I took my watch off and it's upstairs and I'm too tired to go back up and get it :o) Besides, I did 6x4 min @tempo pace today. Next one of these I promise to go by heart rate and not simply feel. But that can be deceiving especially when I'm pushing Isabelle :o) I was a little worried about that today, with it being 6 miles. I haven't pushed her that far in a long time but I did make it 5.5 earlier this week so I knew I could do it. Plus, the weather was so damn nice. Sorry. It just was beautiful blue sky with thing wispy white clouds. A nice chilly breeze. A nice swarm of gnats in your face along the path for what seemed like every 10 ft for 3 miles. Love it. Nothing gets you in the spring mood like a few swallowed gnats during a tempo bout.
Didn't have time to do core when I got done since Isabelle needed to go so will knock out the Myrtl routine later.
