My ankle has been holding up. It's my right arch that's been bothering me. It's been painful to walk on, let alone run on. I'm giving it a break and sticking with my Turbo Fire videos instead.

great job, hlee! keep up the good work, but pay attention to your feet. i am nt logging my miles because i've been doing alot of interval and pyramin type running on the treadmill instead of just regular runs.i still avg about 3 miles a day. my goal right now is to burn fat so if i log in these runs it'll seem repetitive and boring to you guys. :-)

Thanks! Trying here, really trying. Just have to keep my diet in check. No problem exercising, the only problem at hand is FOOD! I think I'm going to start keeping a food journal. They say it helps when you write down what you eat. I'm going to start that tomorrow! The sooner, the better. Might help me eat better. It won't hurt, right?

every thing helps. your problem is you are a great cook and you love to make your family happy. it's tough to do, esp when you have the time for it. the only thing i would suggest, if you can't stop eating these food, just take a few bites or eat less portions. try to eat slowly when you're not too hungry and eat often with smaller, healthier items like fruits, or veggies...it's not easy, but if you don't change your eating habit all your hard work will be a waste.
