    I was pretty tired on this run. But a nice run with weight training.

    What an awesome run! I felt fresh the entire time. I really pushed myself to run the last mile at my fastest pace. Also did a core workout at the end. Lifting tomorrow.

    Went for a light run outside. My knee didn't hurt at all. I think maybe it's treadmill related. :)

      I have no idea. It just really hurts when I touch it, or put any pressure on it, like walking. It feel like something is rattling inside of it, on the side. :/ It feels better today, but trying not to run on it.
