Catching the right balance with work and exercise can be tough, I'm back at work after a summer break wondering how I ever exercised at all when working.. I'm sure all your toning will work into your runs, have a good weekend..

Rain stopped right at dusk, so threw on my gear and out lakefront I went. Nice breeze and mild temps to the damp air. Pushed the pace a lil, finished under the night sky..

After a few weeks break from running, with focus on toning and cross-training (should've logged, but i didn't!!!) I was itching to get back out there. Planned 5K turned 5 miler, felt amazing :)
