I took the car to the shop while Matt took the kids to school, then he came back to pick me up and we hit his 8am appointment. To fit in a run, I needed to run right then :) I ran through town to the Dana to downtown trail, and turned around at 15 minutes. Made it back about 15 minutes before he was done. Pretty good pace considering the hill, down is just as hard for me as up. A little sore from softball yesterday because, as Matt W. says, "she's really competitive, and she doesn't really know how to turn that switch off" ;)


Wow... Way to be decisive about getting your run in on the fly. I wish I could do that. I have to plan my runs. Nice job.
