Great workout! Rode course on my mountain bike. Was a smooth ride to start. Geared down a bit for uphill grade 21st street to other side of the interstate.Slow at turn around uphill grade back across interstate.Water stop half way point. MaxHR140/84degrees/
humidity 23%/pressure 29.76/elevation 2400>pollen 6.60 out of 12.
