  1. RUN
good AM beach run 4.9 mi 00:48 09:53 pace

Easy run to the beach, up and over the hill. Gorgeous sunrise lighting the way back home. I could get used to this.

Good story. And one most can relate to. We all burn out or burn up at some point or another. I actually walked away from DM in 2011 for various reasons. But it's remained a constant and the people I've met since "rejoining" have been true, steady, and motivating. Good like with the next chapter of your journey, Steve.

great story Steve! And one we can all relate to. When it stops being fun, the fun stops. What ever your goals are I am sure there are a number of here who are happy to encourage them -- and you.

Good luck, and welcome back Steve. Fun -- and staying healthy enough to keep having it -- is the reason I run. Here's hoping the beauty of Southern California will rekindle the Zen for you. As long as you're still moving, you're winning.
