Also Tae Bo and 65 push ups and 65 sit ups. Had a great time, also learned, that you are NOT to stop when walking on the trail. Or you WILL get crushed by a landslide.

    Ha! Those signs crack me up (though I'm not gonna lie, I do run a bit faster through that section).

    Rebecca, my eyes are so bad, that when I saw that yellow sign from I distance, I said, "Well let's just stop at that sign for a minute, and then turn around." What, they figure it will at least cut down on the chances of injury or death, statistically? Not exactly comforting.
